Little One Diary — Terms of Service

Effective date: August 29, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the mobile application "Little One Diary" (the "App") provided by ZIPPERS (the "Company"), and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and of you, the user.

2. Definitions

1. App: a mobile application for recording one photo per day on a calendar.
2. User: a person who downloads and uses the App.
3. Plus: the paid subscription, billed monthly or annually.
4. Store: the Apple App Store and Google Play.

3. Effect and amendment of these Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted where they can be read inside the App.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
3. Amendments are posted inside the App at least 7 days before they take effect. Amendments unfavourable to users are posted at least 30 days before, and users are notified inside the App.
4. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may delete the App and stop using it. Continuing to use the App after the effective date means you accept the amendment.

4. Use without an account, and linking an account

1. The App can be used without creating an account. In that case, your recorded photos and settings are stored only on your device.
2. Plus subscribers may optionally link a Google or Apple account to use cloud features. Linking an account brings Section 5A into effect.
3. The scope of information the Company processes is set out in the Privacy Policy.
